We make various spaces available for hire, for the purpose of offering community services and strengthening community spirit and bringing residents together.
Hiring the Church
A grand Victorian heritage building
Whether you are looking to organise a fashion show, book launch, award ceremony, theatre production, conference, lecture, a sophisticated dinner, or anything else, we are open to creative ideas. We have several hire packages to choose from, ranging in price and scale. Please do get in touch to check availability and discuss hire details before submitting a booking form.
The church has no fixed pews, so seating can be arranged to suit standing canapé receptions, balls and gala dinners. We can also cater for smaller events such as seminars and wine tastings because the space can be set up in such a way that it does not feel too large.
The church seats up to 250 people in its usual configuration or up to 500 people with additional chairs. Our various hire packages may also include the use of upper and lower vestries, bar area, pipe organ, grand piano, kitchen facilities, and lighting and sound systems.
Parish hall & room
The parish hall and room are suitable for community groups and meetings
The parish hall has a capacity of 60 and is available for hire any day of the week. It is an ideal space for events, classes, concerts, shows, public meetings, committees, craft fairs, seminars, clubs, and children’s parties. The parish room accommodates up to 25 people and is suitable for small community meetings and groups.
The hall measures 17×10 m (55×33 ft) and has a raised platform that can be used as a stage. Hire includes use of tables and chairs, kitchen with serving hatch, and toilets with baby changing facilities. There is also a grand piano in the hall. The hall is available to regular hirers, and we offer a special party package for children's parties at weekends.
