Every Friday, All Saints and the One Bread Cafe host The Sanctuary project, in partnership with the Network for International Women.
The Sanctuary provides a welcoming space for refugees living in temporary accommodation in Brighton and Hove. We provide refreshments, games, crafts and activities, haircuts, clothing and language lessons, as well as support and signposting to services across the city.
Since it launched in the Spring of 2022, the Sanctuary has already welcomed hundreds of guests.
The Sanctuary is run by a dedicated team of volunteers from All Saints and the Network of International Women, with local collaborators from Brighton and Hove Council, Brighton Table Tennis Club and many others.
If you'd like to get involved by volunteering your time or donating to cover the costs of refreshments and activities, please get in touch on email via onebread@allsaintshove.org, or pop into One Bread Cafe during the week.
