We at All Saints Church send our heartfelt condolences to Her Majesty The Queen and members of the Royal Family following the sad news that His Royal Highness The Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh has passed away. We join with the whole nation and friends across the world in expressing our sorrow. Amidst the pain and grief, we give prayers of thanksgiving for his life, and for his service to our nation.
Our Union Jack flag has been half-masted, and will remain in situ until 0800 the morning after the Duke of Edinburgh's funeral.
At midday on Saturday 10th April 2021, our bell will toll ninety-nine times.
From Monday 12th April - Thursday 15th April 2021, All Saints will be open from 9:00 am beginning with Morning Prayer, until midday. Our weekday Eucharists will still be said to which all are welcome. The times of these services can be found here. Evening prayer throughout this week will not be happening.
Floral tributes are welcome; these will be placed in the Memorial Garden at the end of the working day.
We kindly ask that you wear a face covering whilst in the church, unless you are exempt and maintain a two-metre distance from anyone outside of your bubble.
