Lunchtime Concerts

Our 2023 lunchtime concert series starts on Thursday 1st June and runs through every Thursday 1 - 2pm until 26th October, with a refreshing mix of classical and jazz concerts. There is a suggested £5 donation to attend the concerts, and One Bread Cafe will be open before and afterwards serving coffee and lunches.

1st June - David Stevens (organ)

                 All Saints’ Director of Music opens the series with favourite organ music 


8th June -  Luca Luciano (clarinet) & Yuki Osedo (piano)

                  As part of his UK Album Tour, clarinettist Luca presents Romantic and jazz works 


15th June - Octavian Ioan Pirlea (violin)

                    In the first of our new series of Royal Academy of Music concerts, Octavian performs solo violin music       


22 June -  Chris Coull/Sara Oschlag Quartet

                  Local trumpet maestro and popular jazz vocalist play songbook favourites                    


29 June -  Nymphes et Monstres

                 The Amsterdam-based collective presents an exciting programme of French Baroque music 



6th July - Ida Pelliccioli (piano)

                Internationally renowned pianist Ida returns by popular demand 


13th July - Atlanticus

                 Terry Seabrook Leads new Anglo/American combo exploring the rich transatlantic jazz heritage  


20th July - Pei-En Wu (piano)

                  RAM pianist Pei-En presents a virtuoso programme of solo piano works 


27th July -  Trio Nuovo                 

                  Maria Gibson (guitar), Sue Greg (flute) and Alun Francis (clarinet) perform trios, duets and solos from composers including Ibert, Villa Lobos, Piazzolla, Debussy, Stravinsky and Bizet.



3rd August -  Kelleth Piano Trio

                      Outstanding ensemble performs exciting music for violin, cello and piano


10th August -  Michael Maine (organ)

                        All Saints’ Organist Emeritus returns to show off our world-famous Hill organ


17th August - Dmytro Fonariuk (clarinet)

                       Next in our RAM series, Dmytro performs a programme of wonderful solo clarinet music 


24th August - Al Scott Trio

                      Acclaimed Bill Evans-inspired piano trio returns for an hour of cool jazz


31st August - Lewis Kingsley-Peart (piano)

                      Exciting pianist Lewis presents a fascinating programme spanning a number of 20th-century styles



7th September -  Phillip Dyson (piano)

                            International concert pianist and recording artist returns  


14th September - Blue Café Jazz

                             Singer/harpist Magdalena Reising, Shane Hill and guitarist Terry Seabrook play folk and pop with a jazz twist  


21st September -  Jiali Wang (piano)

                             RAM pianist performs some beautiful works for solo piano 


28th September - James Gough (organ)

                             Southwark Cathedral’s Assistant Organist displays our fine Hill organ



5th October - Paul Gregory (guitar)

                      Distinguished guitarist Paul returns to perform beautiful solo guitar music 


12th October - Martin Smith (euphonium) & Rachel Dyer (piano)

                         Well-known performer Martin presents ‘The Lyrical Euphonium’ 


19th October - Gus McQuade (guitar)

                        Gus closes our RAM series with a programme of exciting repertoire for solo guitar 


26th October - Full Circle Quartet

                        Bassist Terry Pack and pianist Joss Peach lead all-star jazz quartet in new compositions
